Paw Partner

Rem K9 utilizes paw partner, a pet professional app/ software for vaccine records, booking, owner info, pet info, payment tracking, and more! This is a third part website or an app available for both android/ apple as you wish. If you do not wish to use the app you will receive notifications from the system via email; if you wish to use the app then you will receive both an email and a push notification to your device directly. These notifications will let you know when your package is low, vaccines are due soon for a pet, or your have an upcoming appt even! Paw partner is Rem K9's client portal.

Vaccines and Illness

• Pets must be up to date on all recommended vaccines
• Puppies must have up to date, age appropriate vaccines & deworming
• All animals in the home must be (contagious) illness and parasite free
• a note of clearance from a vet may be accepted
• Flea and tick preventatives required
• an AMA form may be provided from the vet in cases where a medical problem prevents this
• Pet insurance is highly recommended
